Are your products considered all natural?

All of our products are formulated using naturally derived ingredients, and some are considered to be 100% natural while some are not due to added ingredients such as preservatives. However, they are all free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates and formaldehydes. Please refer to the description and ingredient list of each product for more detailed information. 

Do you use preservatives in your products?

Yes - but not all of them. We only use preservatives in our products that are formulated using water or other liquid ingredients such as Aloe Vera Juice. Without a preservative, the likelihood of moisture contaminating the product and the growth of bacteria is very high. But don't worry. The preservative we use is Eco-certified, paraben free and quite gentle on the skin. 

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not! None of our products are tested on animals and we source our ingredients from suppliers that are animal cruelty-free as well. 

Are your products safe for kids?

Most of our products are formulated using essential and fragrance oils, and mild irritation can occur with any skin care product especially those containing essential and fragrance oils. We always recommend doing a small skin test to check for a reaction before using. However, we do not recommend using our products on kids under the age of 3 without first consulting with a pediatrician or your family physician. 

Where do you source your materials from?

The majority of our ingredients are carefully sourced and purchased from reputable trusted suppliers across the United States, and we always do proper research beforehand to ensure our ethics align with the suppliers that we source from. 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are handcrafted in Atlanta, Georgia. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most of our products are formulated using naturally derived ingredients and typically carry a shelf life of 6-12 months from the date we produce them. Please refer to each item's description and/or product packaging for more detailed information.

What is your return/refund policy?

All of our products are handcrafted using trusted unadulterated ingredients from a number of reputable suppliers. We use those ingredients to carefully customize all of our products in a hygienic environment before shipping them off to their final destination. Due to this, all products purchased are ineligible for return/refund once it leaves our facility and reaches the customer as we would not be able to verify its purity and would be unable to resell it.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the continental United States with the exception of Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Island, Puerto Rico, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands and the Armed Forces Americas/Europe/Pacific.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
